NOTE:-

    1. All morning training will be conducted at the beach behind NOVOTEL,Juhu,Mumbai-49.(except Wednesday/Sunday)
    2. All evening training will be conducted at the beach behind TULIP STAR HOTEL, Juhu, Mumbai-49.

  1. Wednesday Morning Hill Run 45 am to 7.15 am
  2. Sunday Long Run for Marathoners, The venue & Time will be decided by the Head Coach.
  3. SAI Training for ATHLETES will be on Sunday from 30 pm to 6.00 pm.
  4. Beginners batch
    • Batch-1 marathon (Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday)
    • Batch-2 marathon/ athletics (Tuesday / Thursday/ Saturday)
    • Batch-3 athletics (Monday/ Wednesday/ Saturday)
